BP and HR were measured in electricity distribution network controllers under 2-day rota-tion of 12-hour shifts (1224 human-investigations). Controllers evaluated fatigue using a 5-anchor scale. It is revealed, that fatigue leads to the deforma-tion of the bloodcirculation circadian rhythms. Working at the second night shifts ages the CVS to the most pro-nounced extent. Under tiresome day work the most expressed is growth in both the para-sympathetic regulation and insufficiency in bloodcirculation; under tiresome night work the most expressed is ageing in self-regulation of bloodcirculation (the contri-bution of cardiac part decreases and the contribution of a vascular part increases); under unfatiguing work (except for the first day shifts) with an increase in age and experience the part of sympathetic influences in bloodcirculation regulation increases, that testifies the in-fringement of biologically expedient mechanism of the raised safety of the heart function during the ontogenesis. The revealed regularities actualize the development of special re-gimes of work and rest considering age, work experience, shift tiresomeness and shift po-sition within the week schedule.

Key words: bloodcirculation, shift work, age, experience, fatigue
