In the dynamics of experimental toxic (NOx; S02), dust (large-dispersive Si02; amorphous hydrofobic Si02) and toxico-dust (amorphous hydrofobic Si02+NOx; amorphous hydrofobic Si02+S02) chronic bronchitis in 350 rats a comparative research of peculiarities of cumulation in blood serum and sizes of circulating immune complexes (CIC) was conducted. It was estab­lished that for pathogenesis of such experimentally reproduced pathological states at the stage of chronisation,e production and cumulation in blood serum of most pathogenic average-molecular CIC is specific.
