This article deals with a topical problem of microelement analysis of biological substratums. Influence of toxic elements on organism was examined. We mostly drew attention to the following two methods of analytical analysis of bioassays: differen-tial pulsed polarography and X-ray fluorescence. The results of simultaneous determination of ions of Pb (II), Zn (II) and Cu (II) in hair wen: presented with the help of DPP method and of RFA. The comparative estimation of results from DPP and X-ray fluorescence method was conducted.

Key words: differential pulsed polarography. X-ray fluorescence, bioassay, microelement analysis
