Ii is established in experimental work that allergic alveolitis (AA) is accompanied by disorders in the functional state of pro-oxidant and antioxidant systems in lungs. The content of dienic conjugates and malonic dialdehyde increases and the activity of catakse and ceruloplasmin decreases in lungs of Guinea pigs in the process of development of experimental allergic alveolitis, on 44th and 54th days, in particular. The use of thiatriazolin causes the correcting effect on the mentioned indices.
