Differences in body to tuberculin sensibilization in patients with coniotuberculosis are revieled by chemoluminescence method in vitro in non active and active their course. The indices of chemoluminescence in patients with chronic obstructive lung diseases show immunologic deficiency state, and in silicosis patients the indices are higher. However, substantional decreasing (by 2 times) of cell sensitivity to tuberculin can be a cause of tuberculosis development in future.Revealed differences are closely connected wich changes of the character in cell composition of peripheral blood of the whole patient groups. The nosology of each disease depende on differences in the work conditions.
