PECULIARITIES OF REALIZATION OF VOCATIONAL ORIENTATION OF MILITARY DOCTORS

In the article materials on studying personalities of doctors of different specialization and on development of approaches to vocational orientation of military doctors for realization of rational personnel distribution are presented. Using a factorial analysis the factors have been distinguished characterizing the personalities of surgeons and internists. The most weighty fac-tors for internists were communicativeness, balanceness, pedanticity and for surgeons - individuality, emotionality, human-ity). The scales of expressiveness of certain personalities and decisive rules have been developed for vocational selection and estimation of preferential conformity of doctor to therapeutic or surgical specialization depending on the combination of per-sonal qualities.
