Studies of the effect of age and length of service on morbidity rates of respiratory organs, cardiovascular system, gastroin-testinal tract and a number of other organs and systems of workers of the welding industry were conducted. The reasons of the decrease of morbidity rates in the senior experienced groups were studied.
