The analysis of International Classification of Occupational Diseases and the system of the data registration and recording in the sphere of occupational health has been made, basing on the document on the use of ICD-10 for occupational health of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health of the USA and Finnish Institute of Occupational Health. The sta¬tistical coding of occupational pathology using codes of ICD-10 has been studied and the system of unification of the statis¬tical coding for occupational diseases in Ukraine has been developed. The proposed system of statistical coding is not in close agreement with the «List of Occupational Diseases» acting in Ukraine. However, in future the harmonization of nozologic forms of ICD-10 and the acting regulation and legislation acts on occupational health in Ukraine, concerning statistical coding, will be made.

Key words: occupational pathology, statistical coding, ICD-10
