The article deals with the three-R principle - reducing the number of animals in the experiment, replacing vertebrate ani-mals by cell cultures, mathematic modeling or using animals of lower organizational structure, careful treatment of animals in the toxicological experiments aiming at hygienic regulation of the hazardous substances.Authors consider propaganda and practical implementation of three-R principle to be an efficient factor for implementing bioethics requirements into everyday activity of scientific institutions and bioethics committees of hygienic profile.
