ASSESSMENT OF OCCUPATIONAL BURNOUT SYNDROME IN TEACHERS OF GENERAL SCHOOLS

At the modern stage of development of hygienic science the efficiency of prevention of occupational stresses is determined by the quantitative estimation of factors in the development of pre-pathological states. With the purpose to develop a quantita¬tive criterion for estimation of the probability of development of occupational burnout syndrome in teachers of general edu¬cational establishments 77 teachers have been examined aged from 31 to 60 with work experience from 5 to 33 years and of three pedagogical categories. As a result of the conducted research it was established that high level of occupational burnout syndrome is accompanied by changes in spectral indices of cardiac rhythm variability, mainly of the sympathetic circuit, in regulation of the cardio-vascular system, pointing out to the strain of regulatory systems in teachers with high level of neuro¬emotional strain. Basing on the obtained findings an individual integral index of probability in development of occupational burnout syndrome in teachers has been developed.
