A method for assessing flying suitability has been developed. The efficiency of rating assessment versus «conventional» approaches depending on complexity of tasks and integral characteristics of various psychophysiological methods has been proved.

Key words: occupational selection, psychophysiological characteristics, peacekeeping contingents, rating
