The study of heart rate variability (HRV) at 4 healthy male volunteers in age 20—21 years was carried out in laboratory experiment at fulfillment of complex visual work at light exposure on tests — objects 180—200 lx created by light-emitted diodes (LED) lamps with color temperature 4000 K and 7900 K. The significant changes of HRV parametres in both series of the study were revealed after 2,5 hours from the start of visual work, in comparison with an initial state (p < 0,05). The general character of changes for HRV parameters testifies of decentralization processes for cardiac rhythm control (decrease of AMo on 24—30 %) and an increase of activity for baroreflex center (LF). An increase of an activity for regulation parasympathic link (pNN50) was revealed for the light-emitted diodes sources of light with the color temperature 4000 K; and an increase of a summary effect for vegetative regulation of blood circulation (SDNN) was characteristic for the light-emitted diodes sources of light with the color temperature 7900 K.
