New approaches for solving an actual hygienic problem concerning prediction of professional adaptability of military pilots to peacekeeping operations have been proposed. The work of pilot-peacekeepers in Liberia by parameters of harmful condi¬tions, heaviness and intensity has been appreciated. Integrated factors of the model have been distinguished, characterizing professionally important psycho-physiological, psychological, socially-important peculiarities of helicopter-pilot-peace¬keepers. Peculiarities of personal characteristics of pilots for provision of successful peacekeeping activity have been revealed. The detailed multilevel algorithm for prediction of adaptability of helicopter-pilots to peacekeeping operations, using a sys¬tem of integrated rating assessments, has been developed.
