METHODOLOGY OF DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SELECTION CRITERIA DEPENDING ON PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL INDICES ACCORDING TO SYSTEMIC APPROACH

Methodological principles and methodical approaches to development of methods and criteria of professional selection have been based upon literature and own researches data in the viewpoint of theory of adaptation and theory of the functional sys-tems for both direction tasks solution — prophylaxis of occupational diseases and increase of professional activity success. Basic stages of methods’ and criteria’s of individual sensitiveness design, state of adaptation-compensating mechanisms, final individual prognostication are presented. Using the mentioned methodical approaches provided methods characterizing by novelty, with quantitative significance, reliability, individual risk. Recommendations for application of the obtained results are offered for professional job selection and monitoring the state of adaptation in the process of labour activity, grounding dif¬ferential prophylactic measures.
