Hygienic value of dust factor in faces of coal mines has been given. Reasons and factors influencing on the level of covering with dust of the air at the working places of coal miners have been determined. There were technology of coal extraction, an order of working process organization and placing the working places in faces, regulation of industrial loads, dustiness and humidity of coal layers among them. Occupational risks of health worsening under influence of industrial dust according to their profession have been determined. Mechanisms of forming and established order of coal regions distribution accord¬ing to risk safety of dust pathology development have been analyzed.
