PECULIARITIES OF DAILY BIORHYTHM DESYNCHRONIZATION IN OPERATORS

The results of the analysis of daily rhythms structure of psychophysiological indices in two operator’s groups of electric heating plants, engaged in 12-hour day and night shifts, are presented. It was established that disorders of the phase-like structure of daily rhythms was observed in operators in 39—83 % cases. In the group of operators with high work strain the average daily indices were higher and amplitudes of daily rhythms were higher than in the group with low work strain. The expressed desynchronization of daily rhythms resulted due to of the effect of two stress factors — shift work and strain.
