PECULIARITIES OF HEART RATE VARIABILITY IN THE PERSONNEL OF AIR-TRAFFIC CONTROL SERVICE AND ITS RELATION ON THE DECREE OF WORK TENSION

This article is devoted to the comparative analysis of patterns of adaptation changes of spectral indices of heart rate variabil¬ity (H RV) in air-traffic-controllers and engineering personnel. The resulted patterns of changes of HRV are characterized by centralization of cardiac rhythm management in both professional groups. The higher spectral power in the range of VLF in the engineering personnel in comparison with air-traffic-controllers was established. The higher activity of the central sym¬pathetic contour in the engineering personnel was found.. The resulted changes indicate that more higher tension of regula¬tion mechanisms and higher physiological cost of work is specific for the engineering personnel.
