Human health is a process of human vital activity, being in the continuous dynamic interrelation with the exposure to etio¬logical factors of the environment. It does not exceed compensation and adaptaion mechanisms and is characterized by full freedom in activity. It is known that effect of unfavourable factors on the body of military men in the process of combat train¬ing is extremely complicated. By means of making changes in the existing system of medical control over implementation of preventive measures for military men with heart diseases in the annual work cycle it is possible to study the state of health, taking into consideration work conditions, to assess physical, psycho-physiological and functional reserves of the body, to save professional health and longevity.
