REMODELING OF UPPER EXTREMITIES ARTERIES IN PATIENTS WITH VIBRATION DISEASE

The results concerning processes of vessel remodelling in cases of the vibration disease caused by local vibration are present­ed in this work. In patients were recorded the changes in indices of intima-media complex and the relation of values of the intima-media complex on vessel diameters as compared with healthy persons. The role of a number of factors (endothelium disfunction, the increase of the symphatic nervous system activity, etc.) in the development of this process is discussed.
