SANITARY-HYGIENIC CHARACTERISTICS OF WORK CONDITIONS IN COAL MINE INDUSTRY. ANALYSIS OF PROBLEMS AND WAYS OF THEIR SOLVING

The subject of the research: sanitary-hygienic characteristics and information (SHC) on work conditions of miners in coal mines. The aim of the study is determination of the most widespread problems when making up SHC and proposals aimed at overcoming difficulties in solving the problem on the relation of a chronic disease and work conditions. 120 SHC and 52 information on coal miners working in 20 coal mines have been analyzed; materials on working conditions have been studied as well as mechanisms of formation of occupational morbidity among coal miners at work places of the underground mine complex of coalmines of Ukraine; materials of reports from the sanitary-epidemiologic service concerning filing SHC have been used. The results of the work have been implemented as methodical recommendations on determination of standard sanitary-hygienic characteristics of work conditions for coal miners of main professions in coalmines of Ukraine.
